Executive Councillor, Agriculture Flags Off Farmers' Exposure Tour to Kashmir Valley

Leh, September 11 (KIP)-Executive Councillor for Agriculture, LAHDC Leh, Stanzin Chosphel, inaugurated an Exposure Tour for a group of farmers from Khaltsi block to the Kashmir valley. This initiative, organized under the Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA) scheme, aims to provide local farmers with valuable insights and knowledge through visits to various research stations and farms in the region on Sept 10.
The event held at the Leh Agriculture Department premises, was attended by Chief Agriculture Officer Thinles Dawa and other departmental officers. The tour is expected to enhance the farmers' understanding of advanced agricultural practices and foster better farming techniques.
By exposing farmers to innovative methods and successful practices in the Kashmir valley, the initiative seeks to promote sustainable agricultural growth and improve productivity in the Khaltsi block.
