Grassroots Workers Key to BJP’s Strength
Leaders Call for Stronger Outreach at Nagrota Constituency Meeting

Nagrota,March 23 (KIP)- “BJP has always believed in empowering grassroots workers and strengthening the party from the booth level. Under the leadership of the Hon’ble Prime Minister, the country has witnessed unprecedented development, transparency in governance, and inclusive growth,” said Devyani Rana, MLA Nagrota, while addressing a meeting of Booth Presidents, Shakti Kendra In-charges, and prominent party workers of all four Mandals of Nagrota Constituency here today.
The meeting was organized to strengthen the party organization at the grassroots level and to further reinforce the Bharatiya Janata Party’s commitment to the vision of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas aur Sabka Prayas.” The gathering witnessed enthusiastic participation from party leaders and workers who deliberated upon strengthening booth-level structures and expanding the party’s outreach among the masses.
Addressing the party functionaries, Devyani Rana appreciated the tireless efforts and dedication of Booth Presidents, Shakti Kendra teams, and party workers who form the backbone of the party organization. She said that the BJP’s strong organizational network at the grassroots level has been the key factor behind the party’s continuous growth and public trust. She also highlighted several developmental initiatives undertaken in the Nagrota Constituency and reiterated her commitment to work tirelessly for the welfare and progress of the people.
She also called upon party workers to continue strengthening the organizational structure at the grassroots level and to work with dedication, discipline, and commitment to further consolidate the BJP’s presence among the masses while upholding the party’s ideology and principles.
BJP Vice President,J&K UT Rakesh Mahajan while addressing the party functionaries elaborated on the various transformative initiatives undertaken by the BJP government at the national level over the past years. He highlighted that the BJP government has worked with the vision of empowering every section of society by ensuring transparency, accountability, and people-centric governance.
Mr Mahajan emphasized that the guiding principles of the BJP revolve around inclusive growth, good governance, and the welfare of all sections of society. He said that numerous welfare schemes aimed at uplifting the poor, farmers, women, youth, and marginalized communities have brought significant positive change in the lives of millions of people across the country.
BJP Vice President, J&K UT and former DDC Chairman Bharat Bhushan (Bodhi), while addressing the meeting, spoke in detail about the ideological foundation of the BJP. He emphasized that the BJP is not merely a political party but a value-based organization rooted in nationalism, cultural ethos, and service to society. He highlighted that the core principles of the BJP revolve around a nation-first approach, good governance, transparency, and inclusive development.
He further stressed that organizational strength comes from disciplined cadre, strong moral values, and continuous dedication of party workers who work tirelessly among the masses. Bharat Bhushan urged party activists to deeply understand the party’s ideology and translate it into action while serving the people, thereby strengthening the party’s connection with society. He called upon the Booth Presidents, Shakti Kendra In-charges, and party activists to actively interact with the public, create awareness about the various developmental initiatives and welfare schemes of the government, and ensure that their benefits reach the last person in society.
Speaking on the occasion, District President, BJP, Jammu North Nand Kishore emphasized the importance of a strong organizational structure and said that the BJP’s strength lies in its disciplined cadre and committed workers who remain connected with the people at the grassroots level. He urged Booth Presidents and Shakti Kendra In-charges to further strengthen the party’s presence at the booth level and actively engage with the public to spread awareness about the government’s welfare initiatives.
The meeting also witnessed discussions on future organizational activities, strengthening booth-level committees, and enhancing coordination among Mandal units to further consolidate the party’s presence across the Nagrota Constituency.
Booth Presidents, Shakti Kendra In-charges, and senior party workers from all four Mandals of Nagrota Constituency participated enthusiastically and reiterated their commitment to work with dedication for the party’s ideology and organizational strengthening.
The meeting concluded with a collective resolve by all participants to work unitedly to further strengthen the BJP organization and continue working for the development and welfare of the people while advancing the vision of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas aur Sabka Prayas.”
