Er Vinod Gupta assumed the charge of Secretary-General of BALGRAN

Jammu, April 20 (KIP)-Er Vinod Gupta is being felicitated on his assumption of the charge of General Secretary of BALGRAN, a home for destitute children.
Er Vinod Gupta will function as General Secretary during the absence of Prof R D Sharma who has gone abroad.
President BALGRAN, V K Raina, Prem Gupta Patron, Treasurer Er Ravinder Gupta, V K Padha, O P Sharma, & Sunil Gupta were also present in the function.
