Priya Sethi leads grassroots outreach, ensures on-the-spot redressal of residents’ issues

Jammu, June 03 (KIP)- In a significant outreach initiative aimed at strengthening public connect and ensuring prompt redressal of civic issues, Priya Sethi, Vice President of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu and Kashmir, and former Minister, conducted an extensive visit to Ward No. 15 and interacted with residents to assess developmental needs and address their grievances.
During the visit, Priya Sethi personally met local residents, senior citizens, women, youth and members of various social organizations. She patiently listened to their concerns regarding civic amenities, sanitation, road connectivity, drainage systems, street lighting, drinking water supply and other local issues affecting daily life.
Accompanied by officials from various departments, Sethi undertook a detailed inspection of different localities within the ward and directed the concerned authorities to take immediate action on several pending issues. Residents appreciated her proactive approach as a number of grievances were addressed on the spot through direct coordination with departmental officials.
Speaking on the occasion, Priya Sethi reiterated her commitment to public welfare and said that effective governance is possible only when public representatives remain accessible to the people and responsive to their concerns. She emphasized that the BJP-led development model focuses on grassroots engagement and timely resolution of public issues.

Priya also highlighted the transformative vision of Narendra Modi, under whose leadership citizen-centric governance, transparency and inclusive development have become key priorities across the country. She said that the Prime Minister's emphasis on public participation and last-mile delivery of services has inspired leaders and administrators to work more closely with the people and ensure that government benefits reach every deserving citizen.
Priya Sethi assured the residents that all genuine issues raised during the visit would be continuously monitored until their complete resolution. She stressed that development is a collective effort and called upon citizens to actively participate in community welfare initiatives and maintain regular dialogue with public representatives and government departments.
