Sat Sharma reviews organizational preparations

calls for seamless coordination ahead of BJP National President's J&K visit

Jammu, June 30 (KIP)-BJP J&K President and Rajya Sabha MP Sat Sharma (CA) alongwith General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul, chaired separate organizational meetings of the convenors and co-convenors of various BJP Cells, and later of the presidents and general secretaries of different party Morchas, at the BJP headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.

The meeting of the Cells was attended by BJP J&K General Secretaries Baldev Singh Billawaria and Gopal Mahajan, All Cells Incharge Ved Sharma, and Co-Incharge Munish Khajuria. The subsequent meeting of the Morchas was held in the presence of General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul, General Secretaries Sanjita Dogra, Baldev Singh Billawaria, and Gopal Mahajan.

The deliberations focused on reviewing the progress of ongoing organizational activities, finalizing preparations for forthcoming party programmes, and ensuring meticulous arrangements for the proposed two-day visit of BJP National President Nitin Nabin to Jammu.

Sat Sharma, addressing the meetings, said that the BJP has always distinguished itself through its strong organizational culture and committed cadre. He stressed that every Cell and Morcha has a crucial role in connecting the party with different sections of society and must function with greater coordination and accountability. He called upon the office bearers to ensure that every forthcoming programme reaches the grassroots effectively and reflects the party's disciplined work culture.

Referring to the forthcoming visit of BJP National President Nitin Nabin, Sat Sharma described it as an important opportunity to further energize the organization. He directed all organizational units to complete preparations well in advance, assign responsibilities clearly, and ensure smooth execution of every event so that the visit strengthens the party's outreach and organizational momentum across Jammu & Kashmir.

Ashok Koul said that the ongoing Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookherjee Pakhwada provides an opportunity to carry the ideals of Dr. Mookherjee to every household. He asked party workers to organize all scheduled activities with enthusiasm, maintain regular public interaction, and ensure meaningful participation while upholding the BJP's organizational discipline.

Sanjita Dogra emphasized that the success of any organizational campaign depends upon teamwork, dedication, and timely execution. She encouraged all Morcha and Cell functionaries to maintain constant communication with district units and work collectively to maximize public participation in every programme.

Baldev Singh Billawaria said that continuous organizational review strengthens both planning and execution. He urged party office bearers to remain proactive, coordinate effectively at every level, and discharge their assigned responsibilities with sincerity to achieve the party's organizational objectives.

Gopal Mahajan stressed that unity, discipline, and collective effort are the defining strengths of the BJP organization. He called upon all party functionaries to work with commitment and ensure the successful implementation of ongoing programmes as well as the forthcoming visit of the National President.

Ved Sharma asked all Cell office bearers to remain connected with the grassroots and work with dedication to ensure the successful implementation of every organizational campaign.
