Jammu, July 03 (KIP)- The decision has been taken in view of the commencement of the Monsoon Session of Parliament on Monday, 20 July 2026. As the National Conference protests for restoration of statehood,
Panun Kashmir is protesting for justice, recognition of the genocide of Kashmiri Hindus, the enactment of the Genocide Bill and excavating seperate Homeland to the East and North of river Vitasta in Kashmir Valley for the victims and survivors of Genocide of Kashmiri pandits. They shall continue to demand accountability from the perpetrators and the constitutional recognition of the rights of the victims. Their struggle for justice and the protection of our civilizational identity remains unwavering.
Also, Panun Kashmir unequivocally rejects the appeal by certain individuals to Prime Ministers of India and Pakistan for talks. Our lived experience since 1990, reinforced by the lessons of history, has taught us one undeniable truth: talks and terror cannot go together. Dialogue cannot proceed while terrorism continues to be sponsored, justified, or used as an instrument of policy.
The issues of genocide, justice, accountability, and a separate Homeland for Kashmiri Hindus are not negotiable.
