Preparatory Meeting Held for UPSC CAPF (Assistant Commandants) Examination 2026

Leh, July 18 (KIP)- Delex Namgyal, JKAS, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Leh, chaired a preparatory meeting at the Mini Conference Hall of the DC Office, Leh, to review arrangements for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination, 2026, scheduled to be held on July 19, 2026 (Sunday).
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held regarding the smooth and secure conduct of the examination. The Assistant Commissioner reviewed the examination schedule, deployment of supervisory and support staff, security arrangements, frisking procedures, installation and inspection of jammers, handling and safe custody of confidential examination materials, and other logistical requirements. All concerned officials were briefed on their respective roles and responsibilities to ensure the examination is conducted in a fair, transparent, and hassle-free manner.
The meeting was attended by officials from UPSC, Rishabh Shukla IPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police Headquarters, Leh, Ms. Stanzin Yangdol, Principal, Eliezer Joldan Memorial College, Leh, who will serve as the Venue Supervisor; Ms. Kunzang Wangmo, Chief Horticulture Officer, Leh, designated as the Local Inspecting Officer; the Superintendent of Post Offices, Ladakh Postal Division, Leh; Mohd. Rahullah, Naib Tehsildar, Leh, assigned for magisterial duty; representatives from Security Police, Ladakh; and the Jammer Representative and other officials.
ACR Leh directed all departments and officials concerned to ensure seamless coordination and strict adherence to the guidelines issued by UPSC so that the examination is conducted smoothly and without any inconvenience to the candidates.
